A year ago, I stepped into this journey as a Bloom Growth Coach.
Today, I have the privilege of serving as the community leader and builder for our region — training, mentoring, and standing shoulder-to-shoulder with an incredible new wave of coaches.
Along the way, I realized something important: if you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, build a team.
And I know that with this team, the impact we can create is infinitely greater.
This work isn’t just about helping coaches win. It’s about the leaders and companies they’ll serve.
Every breakthrough in a session creates stronger teams. Stronger teams scale better companies. And when companies scale the right way, it ripples outward — families thrive, communities grow, and entire ecosystems get stronger.
